Steve was the best player in our school team. The only2 I had at that time was to beat him out and became the star of our team.

Football season started in September. All summer long I practised every day and I3 missed any football training.

Just before September, Steve had an accident and lost his4 I went to see him after he came back from hospital. He looked very pale.

That season, I 5 all of Steve's records  and became the most valuable  player in the team. However, I often had crazy dreams in which everyone said I shouldn't6 Steve's place.

One afternoon, on my way home, I saw Steve trying to go over a fence . With only one arm, he tried many times but fell down. He was 7 . I helped him move slowly over the fence.
