As a student, we see chalks(粉笔)very easily. Most of the chalks are white. Some are coloured. They are about 8 centimeters long. They are used by our teachers. They are pens for our teachers. They use the "pens" to teach us, from "a, o, e" to "A, B, C". We see they become smaller and smaller, while we grow taller and taller. We never think they are important (重要的). Sometimes we use chalks to play with or to throw at one another, until one day when I saw the teachers' hands. They were all white after class. From that moment on, I have a different feeling to chalks.

One day, Mr. and Mrs. White went shopping by car. They stopped their car near a shop. They bought a lot of things and they wanted to put the things into the car. But Mr. White couldn't open the door of the car, so they asked a policeman to help them. The policeman was very friendly. He started to open the door of the car for them. Just then a man came up and shouted," What are you doing with my car?" Mr. and Mrs. White had a look at the car's number and they were frozen(惊呆了)there. It wasn't their car.

Tim had a time in Hainan last summer holiday. He went there by with his family. They played games on the train. It was so fun. When they got to Hainan, the was so hot. There were many swimming in the sea. There were many people on the beach. Tim ball games with his father and many pictures. He bought some for his friends. After a week's stay in Hainan, they went back by plane.

B: I went to Beijing over my winter holiday.

B: No, I went with my grandparents.
