    It's Sunday afternoon. The weather is fine. There is a football match between class 2 and class 4. Many students are watching. They're excited. Now, Zhang Wei has the ball. He passes it to Wei Kun. But Wei Kun can't kick the ball. Then John has the ball. The ball flies to Zhang Wei's arm. Zhang Wei is very angry. The ball files into the goal. How is Zhang Wei feeling? He is so happy! Class 4 won the game. Class 2 is very sad.

    Yesterday was Sunday. It was rainy . Mike got up at eight. He watered the flowers and did some exercises . Then he phoned Helen . An hour later. They went to the Zhongshan Park by taxi. The park is very beautiful. They had lunch under the tree . Then they went boating . Mike rowed well , but Helen rowed faster than him . They rowed for a long time . They went back at 4:30 . After they got home. Mike's mother cooked some nice food for him. They are very delicious.

    Jim is an English boy. He is in No. 5 Middle School. He gets up early every day. He isn't late for school. He can read and write English well. He often helps us with our English, and we often help him with his Chinese. After class he likes playing football, swimming, running, jumping and riding. He makes many friends here. On Sunday he often helps his mother clean the house, or do the shopping. He likes Chinese food very much.

    Tomorrow is Wednesday. It's New Year's Day. Look at Sam's classmates. Everyone is busy this morning. Sam's good friend Peter is cleaning the blackboard. Sam's sister, Mary is sweeping the floor. Mr. Black is Sam's English teacher. He is cleaning the windows. And three boys are helping him. Five girls are setting the desks and chairs.

    Hi! My name is Ben. I'm 12 years old. I'm very helpful. I usually wash clothes and clean the rooms at home. I always help my teachers at school. And I am a foodie(吃货)，I like ice creams. They are sweet. And potatoes are my favourite vegetables. I like fruits, but I don't like bananas.

    I'm a cool boy，too. I like playing ping-pong，football and I can swim very well. I was afraid of dogs before，but now I have a pet dog. It drinks orange juice every day. It can play with a ball, it's so cute. I like it very much.

    What am I going to be? Mm…I want to be a police officer. Because helping people is fun for me. I will study hard and do more exercise.

    It's sunny today，We have a farewell party(毕业晚会)in the classroom. There are colourful balloons and flowers in it. On the desks，you can see apples，cakes and juice.

    We all wear our beautiful clothes. Miss White wears a pink dress. She looks nice. John wears a white T-shirt and blue shorts. He is so cool.

    Zhang Peng is my good friend. In the party，I give him a book. It's about insects. He gives me a teacup dog(茶杯犬). It's very tiny. It has a small head and a small body. It's smaller than a cup. I like it very much.

    We talk a lot. We eat a lot. We play games and sing songs. The party is great! The party is fun! We are so happy!

    Jim is a boy. He's twelve years old. He has a twin(孪生)brother，Ben. They look the same，but they have different hobbies. Jim likes reading books and listening to music，but Ben likes playing sports.

    Jim is tall，he is 1.58 meters. Ben is 0.02 meters taller than Jim. Jim is sad，because he isn't good at sports. But Ben can run faster and jump higher than him. Ben is also not happy. He's worried about his maths.

    So they begin to help each other. Ben usually plays basketball with Jim after school. And Jim often helps Ben with his maths. Now Jim is stronger than before. Ben's maths is as good as Jim's. Both of them become better and better.
