Hi, my name is Emma. I am 10 years old. I am in 5^th grade. When I grow up I want to be a vet because I love animals and want to help them when they are sick.

I think being a vet is exciting because we get to meet all kinds of animals, also to have an experience about all kinds of pets. So I know how to treat my future pet. I will get to meet snakes, fishes, cats, and birds to name a few. I know that I need to love all kinds of pet the same. I need to care for all the pets and my job is to cure (治愈) them. When I was a junior high school student in 1980, God gave me a gift, it was happiness.

One weekend, I went to visit my grandparents in the countryside. On my way home a car ran over me and cut off my arms because it rushed so fast. Several days later when I woke up at the hospital, I realized I had to spend the rest of my life without arms. How sad I felt at that time! Then you go right back to being unhappy.

Happiness depends on what we have. It's in our heart. It's a state of mind. Even though you own the whole world, you may still feel unhappy. Happiness comes from mastering the art of appreciating (感激) and taking pleasure in what you really have.

Chinese gamers now have to use their real names before playing Tencent's Honor of Kings (王者荣耀).

Honor of Kings is the most popular computer game of all time in China. There are more than 200,000,000 people playing the game every month. Usually two teams of five fight against each other over the mobile phone.

On September 15, 2018, Tencent used a registration system (注册系统) for Honor of Kings. Game users had to register their real name before playing the game. The new policy started from new users.

With the help of the system, Tencent would first know if the gamer is an adult. If he or she turned out to be too young for the game, Tencent would limit（限制）the number of hours the young gamer could play each day.

With this real name registration system, Tencent hopes to reduce video game addiction (上瘾) among children. The company also called on parents to watch closely their children's gaming activity.

Earlier in September, the Ministry of Education said that it would limit the number of online games, and the time that young children could play online games.

It is believed that this idea will bring good results in the future. There are more and more children with short eyesight in these years. This move might well help stop labor (劳动力) shortages in jobs that need good eyesight.

Sadness hits every person living on this planet. If you haven't yet experienced this emotion, then consider yourself a truly different person. Do you know what you should do when you are sad? Here are some suggestions for you.

. You can write down your sad stories in your notebook or on your Weibo. If you're brave enough, make your Weibo public and let people read it. You can share your sadness with them, and you will feel better soon.

. Not the sad type. Just listen to the type of music that can heal your soul and put you in a better mood. Lots of people agree that listening to music can make them forget sadness.

. If you have a pet, it's a great idea to play with it! If not, then go to the local animal shelter and spend some time with those cute animals. Dogs especially make humans happy, so go ahead and play with them.

. Finish all those chores you've been putting off for a while. Fix those broken windows. Go and buy some new bowl, plates, forks and other tools. These small things are just excuses to make you forget your sadness.

. Volunteer at your local children's hospitals and old people's homes. If you can't help yourself, at least you can help someone who needs your help, right? Lots of people say that helping others can make them happy.
