    There are many cars and buses on the road(路上). They are noisy (吵闹). But we can't see a ship and we can't see a train. Sometimes (有时) we can hear a plane in the sky. We can see many bikes on the road. But they are not noisy. We should ride bikes to go everywhere. It can make our city clean and beautiful.

    There are many children in the classroom. They are doing what they like.

    Some children are in the playground. Some like running. Some like hopping. Some like playing football. Mike likes playing basketball.

    Hello, I'm Peter. I have a big and strong body. And I have two long legs and two big feet. I can run fast. And I like running. I often run to school and run to my home from Monday to Friday(周一到周五). On Sunday and Saturday (周日和周六) I play sport with my father and mother in the park. We are all happy when we play sport together. How fun! I also like big and strong animals. Such as bears, lions and tigers. They are strong. What about you?

    Every year there are many festivals(节日)in China(在中国). They are Mother's Day, Father's Day, Teachers' Day, Children's Day and so on.

    Mother's Day is in May(五月).

    When Mother's Day comes, I give my mother a present. She is very happy.

    Father's Day is in June(六月).

    When Father's Day comes, I give my father a present, too. He is very happy.

    Children's Day is in June, too.

    When Children's Day comes, my father and mother give me a present, too. I am very happy.

    Teachers' Day is in September(九月).

    When Teachers' Day comes, I give my teachers presents, too. They are all happy.

    I like these festivals. How about you?

We can see some birds. They like flying and singing. We can see some clouds, too. They are white. The sky is blue. We can see the sun. The sun is yellow.

    One day, by the river (河) there are two cats. His father Jack and his son Sam are going fishing. Jack goes fishing and sits quietly. But Sam sits for a while. He catches a butterfly (捉蝴蝶) then plays with it. After a while he goes fishing. He sees a dragonfly (蜻蜓) and he catches the dragonfly. His father catches a big fish. He is very happy. But Sam doesn't catch a fish, so he is not happy. His father says, you are not of two minds (做事不能三心二意的).
