An Old Man
One day an old man is taking a train to his hometown. One of his shoes falls onto the ground, but the train starts. He cannot pick it up. Then he takes off the other and throws it near the fallen shoe.
A boy beside his asks him, “Why do you do that?”
He says, “If a man picks them up, he may as well get a pair of shoes.”
