    对话填空这一题型充分体现“突出语篇,强调运用、注重交际”的高考命题总原则。它既不同于从前的单词拼写题,也不同于2000年前高考中的补全对话题,也不同于完形填空题。对话填空所选材料为一段情景丰富的对话,时代气息浓,信息量大,有明确的语境,语言地道、流畅,符合真实交际,学生易于理解把握。但解这一题型时需要综合多种能力,如阅读理解能力、逻辑推理能力、语言交际能力、词汇拼写能力等。这种题型内容宽泛、伸缩性大,对考生词汇的储备量,思维的敏捷性和用词的得体性提出了较高的要求。

对话填空题对学生知识与能力要求如下:
1、要求考生熟悉掌握语言基础知识,尤其是重点语法知识,如名词单复数、时态、语态、代词、连词、形容词、副词、介词、从句、非谓语动词等,注意所填词的适当形式,熟悉大纲词汇,准备拼写单词。
2、熟悉口语特点的,注重语言交际能力。对话一般都是口语体裁,往往是围绕一个话题展开的,其中不乏体现语言功能的词汇、习惯表达和有关句型。
3、考查运用背景知识的能力。对话内容提供了较为完整的语篇信息,其间交织渗透着某些文化背景知识,考查考生灵活运用该方面知识的能力,考生要有广博的知识和丰富的生活经历。
4、考查阅读理解能力。侧重于考查学生的逻辑思维能力和对具体语境的把握,尤其是对整体语义的理解能力。该题型体现“坚持语言必须放在实际的,并尽可能在不同的情景中运用”的命题思想,强化语境因素,着重考查考生在一定的语境中运用基础知识的能力。
