Now more and more people buy and sell things on the Internet. They buy and sell goods to make money. So hackers(黑客) around the world are interested in this.
Hackers are often young people who love computers greatly. They use computers to get on the Internet, looking for ways to go into computer systems run by banks, homes and all kinds of offices. If they go into a computer system, they will find other people's credit cards and try to steal the numbers. With the numbers they can take the money out of the bank.
Hackers often break into your computer system, but it's difficult to find them. So it is also difficult for you to find the hacker who is taking your money out of the bank. Hackers can get the money from a bank with the credit card number they have got from your computer.
Scientists always ask people who have computers to pay attention to hackers. They also tell people how to fight the hackers. The morning was cold and clear. A yellow bus came around the corner and stopped near a wood (树林). A coach asked the students to get off the bus. Girls began to gather by the starting line. One of them is a young, little girl. She had prepared for this running race for the whole summer. She looked around at the other girls, noticing how she was different.
There was a break in the silence, and everyone started to run. After about twenty five minutes, every runner finished the race except the girl. She was still running for the next forty minutes. As she came near the finishing line, she saw her parents, classmates and the coach. They shouted her name and told her not to stop until the end. The sweat (汗水) was flowing down her face. She kept on running until she crossed the line.
I was that girl, and that was the first time I had finished a cross-country race (越野赛跑). Finishing this race made me realize that I could do anything with my own strength (力量). After that, I took more hard work to practice running. I was not a natural-born runner, but I want to become one. I continued to struggle (努力) with every run. Last week was Road Safety Week at Jason's school. All the students had to take part in a talk on road safety which was given by a police officer. The following is what the police officer said.
"Most traffic accidents shouldn't happen. They happen because people are careless. Frequent cause of traffic accidents is speed. Some people drive too quickly. This means that if they have to stop suddenly, they cannot stop quickly enough to avoid(避免) hitting other vehicles(车辆) or people. You need to remember this when you are crossing the street or walking along the sidewalk."
"It's not only drivers who cause accidents, however, people on foot—pedestrians(行人), and bicycle riders often cause accidents, too. Pedestrians sometimes walk out into the street without looking. You should always look on both sides before stepping into the street."
"Do any of you ride a bike? Bicycle riders can cause accidents by changing directions suddenly or without warning other road users. Before you turn left, for example, you should check behind you to make sure there aren't any cars, trucks or buses coming. You should show with your left hand to tell that you want to turn left. You should not turn until the street is clear."

There are nearly 400 different types of sharks, but only about 30 types have even been reported as attacking human beings.
The chances of being attacked by a shark are very small compared to other dangers. Many more people drown(溺死)in the ocean every year than are bitten by sharks. The low number of attacks that happen every year proves that sharks do not feed on humans if they have the choice. There are three types of shark attacks. The main one is known as a ‘hit and run’. The shark attacks because it thinks you are a fish, but when it tastes a human it decides not to eat you. The second type is called a ‘bump and bite’. The shark bumps you to find out if you are fit to be eaten and then bites you if it thinks you are. The third type is called a ‘sneak’. When attacking in this way, the shark waits for you to swim by and attacks you suddenly. The latter(后者的)two types of attack are more likely to be deadly for humans.
However, your chances of being attacked by a shark can be reduced if you follow the advice below.
Do not swim in the dark. Sharks can still see you but you cannot see them.
Do not swim if you are cut or if you have a fresh wound. Sharks can smell blood over a long distance.
Do not wear bright clothing or jewellery because sharks are attracted to colours and shiny objects.
Try and stay in groups, as sharks usually avoid large numbers of people.
Don’t be frightened(受惊吓)by sharks as there is 30 times greater chance of being hit by lightning than being attacked by a shark.
