    For a baby, to be born on a plane might be a lucky thing. Just a few days ago, a mother gave birth to a baby boy on a plane of Buraq Air and the new baby didn't need to pay for the air tickets for a lifetime from the air company.

    The new mother was on a flight (航班）from Libya to Niger. For some people, being born on a plane sounds a bit strange and even a bit dangerous. But luckily the child was healthily born with the help of the flight's workers. To thank the workers on the plane, the excited mother decided to give her baby the same name as the captain (机长). Burap Air is in Libya and the air company offers flights to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

    This isn't the first time a baby was born on a plane and got such a lucky prize. Last month, a baby was born on a flight from Dubai to Manila. The air company celebrated the birth of the baby and gave her a present of one million miles free flight.

    So sometimes where a new baby is born seems to be really important.

    If the eyes are the windows of the soul, then the body is the mirror of our feelings. If we are feeling great, we may give our body signals(信号). If we look at someone else's body, we can often tell how they are feeling by their body signals. So reading body language signals is a great tool in daily communication.

    In case(假使) you think that learning how to read and use body language is not important, here are some numbers for you. 7% of the information we receive is from what people actually say, and 38% of the information we receive is from the tone(语气) and the speed of their voice; while 55% of the information we receive is from their body language.

    These non-verbal(非口头的) signals will help you a lot, but you still need to focus on what people are saying. If you focus too much on their body language signals, you and the person may feel uncomfortable. It is useful to be able to read people's body language, but it is useful to learn how to send the right signals and avoid the wrong signals too. Body language may be given several interpretations. Many signals have different meanings, depending on the person and the situation. Be sure of it when you are trying to read a body language signal.

    One day, I was in front of the mall cleaning my car. A man was coming my way from across the parking lot.

    Later, I realized the man was not just a homeless stranger but a teacher who taught me that being comfortable with oneself is the best way to live better. How great and wise he is!

    And those two simple words still sound13. No matter how much you14and you have achieved, you need help too. No matter how little you have, no matter how you are filled with15, even without money or a place to sleep, you can give help.

    "You know, we teenagers are growing fast. I think it's a good way to help others," Lin Tao, a junior student says.

    "I often pick out some of my clothes which are out of style after going shopping. Then I'll put them into the donation box," Miss Li, a pretty young lady says.

    "That seems like a good idea. People can either wear them or use them to make things such as handbags and pencil cases," Mrs Wang, an old woman says. "Sometimes I also look through the box for some nice clothes."

    In order to make the donation box work in an efficient (高效的) way, our government is taking action. Clothes donation will be better-organized and it'll be more convenient for people in need to take the clothes away.

    Body language is the quiet, secret and most powerful language of all! It is said that our body movements communicate about 50 per cent of what we really mean while words only express 7 per cent. So while your mouth is closed your body is just saying…

    Arms How you hold your arms shows how open and receptive you are to people you meet. If you keep your arms to the sides of your body or behind your back, this suggests you are not afraid of taking on whatever comes your way. Outgoing people generally use their arms with big movements, while quieter people keep them close to their bodies. If someone upsets you, just cross your arms to show you're unhappy!

    Head When you want to appear confident, keep your head level. If you are a monitor in class, you can also take on this position when you want your words to be taken seriously. However, to be friendly in listening or speaking, you must move your head a little.

    Legs Your legs tend to move around a lot more than normal when you are nervous or telling lies. If you are at interviews, try to keep them still!

    Posture (姿势) A good posture makes you feel better about yourself. If you are feeling down, you normally don't sit straight, with your shoulders inwards. This makes breathing more difficult, which can make you feel nervous or uncomfortable.

    Mouth When you are thinking, you often purse your lips. You might also use this position to hold back an angry comment you don't wish to show. However, it will probably still be noticed and people will know you're not pleased.

Face When you lie, you might put on a false face. But that expression would crack briefly, allowing displays of true emotions such as happiness, sadness, disgust (厌恶) and fear to come through.

    Body language is used by people for sending messages to one another. It is very helpful it can help make you easily understood by others. When you are talking with others, you are not only using words, also using expressions and body movements. Body language (include) your facial expressions and gestures when you are communicating with other people. It is important part of social etiquette (社交礼仪) and the proper use of body language can make your (communicate) more effective (有效的), especially when it comes to foreign friends who can't speak your language. That means you could convey (传达) most of your information by body language even if you don't know what (other) are speaking!

    Different countries have different body language. When you use a foreign language, it is important (know) the meaning of gestures in the foreign country. (use) body language in a correct way will help communicate with people and make the stay in a foreign country easy and (comfortably).

    In a word, I think it is important in our (life) to learn and use body language.
