Are you fond of soft drinks, candies and ice creams? If your answer is "yes", you'd better take care. Most of them are junk food! Junk food has a lot of fat, salt and sugar, but few nutrients(营养物质). Most scientists say junk food is unhealthy. Junk food is bad for health, especially for young children. It is the cause of overweight(超重), heart disease and many other health problems. It's OK to have junk food sometimes. How often should you have it? It depends on(依赖于) your weight, age and how active you are.
If you are overweight and want to lose weight, you should eat as little junk food as possible. You should have fruit, vegetables and cereals(谷类) .
Some kids are spending lots of money on junk food. Spend your money wisely(明智地) . It is up to you to keep yourself healthy and happy!

Molly: I think a good friend likes to do the same things as me. Jack is my best friend. We both like to play the guitar after class.
