It's half past eleven in the morning. Green Restaurant gets lots of orders on the Internet. Here're three of them.

Last week, we went on a school trip. Our teacher Mr. Bell took us to a farm. We went there by school bus. The farmer Mrs. Hood showed us around the farm and we saw many farm animals. She said, "The animals don't like noise(噪音), so don't run or shout at them."

Mrs. Hood took us to see her horses Star and Poppy first. She let us have rides on them. After that, she took us to see the chickens and the sheep. She also let us feed them.

We had lunch by the pool. I didn't see the sign(标牌) there, so I fed some of my lunch to the ducks. Some geese(鹅) wanted my lunch, too. They ran to me. I was afraid. Anna saw the geese running after me, so she ran to them. She made a lot of noise and the geese ran away. To my surprise, though(虽然) Anna made lots of noise, Mrs. Hood wasn't angry with her.

All in all, it was a wonderful day. We all felt excited on our way back to school!

Du Dejian is a teacher in Zhangfang village of Yongji, Shanxi. He is 60 years old now. He opened a library in the past. Lots of visitors would like to go to the library to have a look.

Around 1980, Du knew villagers usually had difficulty in farming, because they didn't know much about it. Du wanted to set up a library to help them. Then he and his family moved out of their room. He used the room as the library. With the help of his family, Du bought many books and newspapers. Many of them were about agriculture(农业).

Then, on January 1, 1981, Du opened a library called Family Library. All his neighbors could use the library for free. But there weren't many visitors at first. At that time, villagers only trusted(信任) their own experience(经验). They didn't think books were useful. To make people know the importance of books, Du started to bring newspapers to the villagers' homes and told them how great books were. Day by day, more people started to be interested in reading. And they'd love to read in Du's library.

Recently, Du set up a WeChat group. He sends agricultural information(信息) to the villagers every day, helping them farm more scientifically.

The story happened at Tianli School in Xichang, Sichuan Province. On the afternoon of January 20th, 2021, Ms. Zhu, Li's teacher, was presenting (颁发) the final awards (奖) to the students. He also loves to help his classmates with their study. So when many of his classmates had already got their awards, he was confident(自信的) that he would be the next. And before Ms. Zhu finished saying "Next award is for...", he had stood up from the seat. The joy(愉悦) on Li's face was gone soon, but he still applauded his classmate. Finally, when Ms. Zhu read out his name, Li Zimo happily went to get his award, with tears of joy in his eyes. She said, "We always tell students to applaud others' success, even if we fail. To applaud others is to respect(尊重) ourselves."

One day, a tiger came into a forest. He saw a monkey and said to him, "Hey, the King of All Tigers wants to meet your tiger king. 1 is he?"

The monkey thought, "We have no 2 here. But if I say so, I will be his lunch." So he said, "Our king is 3. If you want to meet him, I can go and 4 him."

"Please show this to him," the tiger said and 5 the monkey a whisker(胡须). It was so big that the monkey was very afraid, 6 he took the whisker and ran away.

The monkey went to his friend porcupine(豪猪). "The King of All Tigers wants to eat us. I need your 7," the monkey said. "May I have one of your quills(棘刺)?" "8," the porcupine said.

The monkey went back to the tiger and said, "Our king is happy to meet your king. He asked 9 to bring this to you." The tiger 10 saw a whisker as big as this. He turned and ran away fast.

Gary and Debbie are unhappy today. Why? their dog Meadow is lost in a forest not far from their home.

Meadow is white, and it's only 16 (month) old. Gary and Debbie don't know what (do). They must ask other people help.

Brian James, a drone lover(无人机爱好者), (learn) about this and comes to help. He works his drone to look for the dog. The drone keeps (work) for a long time and then it finds Meadow. It is (run) in the forest. Brian drives there quickly and takes Meadow back to its home. (lucky), it isn't hurt(受伤的). Gary and Debbie thank Brian for (he) help, especially(尤其) for his drone. "Not everyone (have) a drone, but everyone can help to save the dog. It's just about being kind(善良的)," Brian says.

These days, a video of a girl dancing at a pork stall(猪肉摊) in a village becomes very popular.

The girl is Wu Gangyun. Most children in her village are left-behind children(留守儿童), but Wu is a lucky one. She lives with her parents. When she was 6, her mom found she liked to watch dancing videos. So she took her to the dancing classes. 令舞蹈老师惊讶的是，邬跳得如此出色。 And she suggested(建议) her parents find a better teacher for her.

In 2018, her mom went to learn driving at a driving school. Her classmates helped her find a great teacher from Beijing. The teacher is Zhang Ping and she started to teach dance 20 years ago. After that, Wu Gangyun went to learn from Zhang every weekend.

Wu Gangyun said, "I want to be a dancer in the future(未来). 我想成为像张老师一样的人。"

Do you know Li Yanhua? Many farmers in Heilongjiang Province know about her. They call her Madame Golden Beans(金豆娘娘).

Li was born in Hailun, Heilongjiang Province in 1966. Her city is famous for its soybeans(大豆). When she was a small girl, she often saw her parents grow soybeans. She decided to learn more about them. After finishing school, she worked on agricultural research(农业研究). Her job is to grow the best soybeans.

It's warm in Hainan in winter, so every autumn Li brings soybean seeds(种子) to Hainan. She is always busy with work, so she never enjoys the beautiful beaches in Hainan. "I hope that I can grow great soybeans for our Chinese people, and I always work hard for that," Li Yanhua said.

"My husband supports(支持) me, and he does a lot for our family. I go to work very early in the morning, so he takes me breakfast every day. He looks after our daughter and does all he can to look after her. I hope I can spend more time with my family," Li said.
