    Nothing is more important than health and happiness. But how can we live a healthy and happy life? Here are some ways for you.

     Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. They supply rich and the necessary vitamins for us. We also should eat less meat and junk food every day.

Tree Climbing Course

    The students in the USA started to take tree climbing courses in the 1980s. Now over 1,000 schools offer tree climbing courses to students in the USA.

    Xiamen University was the first school in China to teach students to climb trees in 2012.

If the chick falls, it may freeze quickly because of the really cold weather, so the penguin parents must be very careful. Once the chick goes into its mother's brood pouch, the father penguin can go back to the sea to find food.

Growing up

Over the next few months, penguin parents take turns going to the sea for food. They each make the trip over a few times, bringing back food for the chick. The chick grows quickly and is always hungry.
