If you need to get back to people or reply to texts or calls, schedule them for a specific time of the day.
Last but not least, figuring out the times of day when your energy is at its peak (最高点) can help you become more productive and get things done more quickly — giving you more free time to do the things that you enjoy most. You can also increase energy levels by getting enough sleep, eating healthily and taking exercise.

When the pandemic started, some people were wondering if the Internet could stand up to the rise in demand. The answer is not only a clear “yes” but this whole period made it even stronger.
How would our world survive without Internet in pandemic situation? The answer is simple: differently but not better or worse. We know that the Internet available is changing a lot of things. Thanks to it, people were able to keep on working from their home, others were able to keep contact with their loved ones and friends and most found their entertainment relief through it. Parents always want the best for their children and giving them; the best education is always on top of the list. But if you think education is all they need, maybe you should think twice. Sure, you learn a lot of things in school, but there are important lessons and skills you will need in life that one can only learn at home. Therefore, teaching the children to do household chores is very helpful in their growth. Most families nowadays hire housemaids to do the chores, so children don't get to experience doing it anymore. But studies argue that it's still necessary to let children do them.
Helping at home can be a training place for your children to whatever responsibilities they may have in the future. By doing so, they can learn what might be of their advantage when they grow up. "Performing chores offers kids a feeling of self-sufficiency, helps them develop a work ethic, is tied to academic success in school, makes them feel useful and teaches them the importance of helping others and contributing to the greater good."
Although, most parents can also argue that it is not easy to force their children to do chores. It is a nature for the children to refuse to do chores when they are told to. But there are ways that can turn household chores into a more likely activity for the children. First, start them young. This doesn't mean that you let your children do huge tasks at an early age. You can gradually increase the level of tasks as they grow old but never ever push them too hard. Second, appreciate every little achievement. Praise them or give them something. Children love rewards and it drives them to do better.
Most importantly, let them know that asking them to help-out is not a punishment. Chores should never be used as a punishment. They might get done in the short term, but the effects won't last. This approach does not give the child the feeling of doing something because it is the right thing to do. It only makes them hate chores and hoping out even more. Chores should be used as a sense of purpose. Explain to them that it is for their benefit and everything they learn from it is for their advantage.

A number of programs have begun using personality tests to pair pets with owners. Human-animal matchmaking may sound fanciful, but it mirrors a renewed scientific interest in animal personality.
Scientists are actively exploring animal personality's implications for everything from daily care to evolution. As John Shivik, the author of Mousy Cats and Sheepish Coyotes, points out, a species' survival depends on variety, including of personality. "If you don't have variation, you will go extinct," he says, noting that characteristics that are advantageous in one situation may not be in another.
Much as psychologists do when studying humans, scientists can identify consistent behavior in animals. To this end, researchers have taken questionnaires designed to measure human personality and refashioned them for animals. One influential early review of animal personality by the psychologists Sam Gosling and Oliver John identified three personality factors in dogs similar to three of the "Big Five" personality factors in people: extroversion(外向), agreeableness, and neuroticism(神经质).
The better that pet owners and zookeepers understand an individual animal, the better they can tailor care to it. One study, for example, notes that highly neurotic cats can benefit from extra hiding places, while relatively extroverted cats may need more toys and more playtime with other animals.
Still other research supports the idea of matching pet and owner personalities. In 2011, an Oklahoma State University researcher surveyed the characteristics and preferences of dogs and their owners, then asked the owners to report how satisfied they were with their pet. Some factors that foretold a happy match were unsurprising — a mutual love of running outside, say. Others were a little more unusual. Owners who agreed with the statement "When I am feeling anxious, I am likely to tear up something" and the statement "My dog tears up pillows and other items" were among the most likely to have happy human-dog marriages.
